Women's Coach - Ron Shadbolt 0408055685 Ron is an accredited Level 2 coach with vast experience. He has been associated with Melton since its inception and has coached since 1988, being involved with over thirty teams as well as a number of high-grade women's teams at Essendon. Ron is never afraid to try anything different and analyses the game to a great detail. A life member of the club, Ron has played over 700 games with the club since 1982.
